Dietetic Support in Toronto

Our dietetic support is grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), focusing on creating a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and body. We prioritize lifestyle changes that move away from diet culture, embracing body acceptance, and supporting emotional well-being. Our aim is to help you achieve long-term, sustainable transformations by making behavioral and habit-based changes that lead to lasting improvements in your overall health.

Dietetic Support with Anet Mor, R.D., M.C., R.P.

Anet Mor, a Registered Dietitian and Registered Psychotherapist, brings a unique, integrated approach to dietetic support by combining expertise in both mental health and nutrition. This allows her to address the complex relationship between diet, mental health, and well-being. Anet’s approach helps individuals who are struggling with issues related to food, body image, and mental health, particularly when these challenges impact physical and emotional health.

For clients experiencing conditions such as body image concerns, disordered eating, gastrointestinal difficulties, or just generally struggling to maintain a balanced diet, Anet provides a comprehensive mental health and dietetic assessment to create a personalized treatment plan. Her approach nurtures both the mind and body, empowering clients to overcome obstacles and make sustainable changes that support their overall well-being.

Anet also provides family therapy to assist families in understanding and supporting clients who are struggling with disordered eating. This collaborative approach aims to create a supportive environment that fosters lasting positive changes.
