My approach to therapy begins with gaining an understanding of each person and their goals for therapy. I am passionate about helping clients identify thoughts and emotional patterns that are causing them to feel stuck and working with them to develop strategies and insights that will lead to long-lasting change and growth.
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be at the heart of successful therapy and will strive to create an environment that is warm, encouraging, non-judgemental, and safe.
