What You Can Expect from Therapy with Me

Therapy with me is a genuine, collaborative  space where the therapeutic relationship serves as the beating heart of the healing process. I

understand that reaching out for support requires vulnerability, especially when navigating major  life transitions or deeply ingrained relational patterns. My approach is empathetic, exploratory,  and embodied—blending psychodynamic insight with somatic grounding to help you bridge the  connection between mind and body.

Here’s what you can expect from our sessions:

  • Culturally Affirming and Tailored Care: A welcoming, culturally affirming space that  honors each individual’s unique story, values, and lived experiences. Recognizing that  every person’s journey is unique, I tailor our therapeutic work to meet your specific  needs—whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, seeking to make sense of a  complex period in your life, or working toward a deeper understanding of yourself. Our  work will validate and uplift your narrative.
  • Relational Psychodynamic Exploration: Together, we will gently look beneath the  surface to explore how early attachment experiences and unconscious patterns influence  your present choices and relationships. This depth-oriented work fosters enduring  transformation.
  • Somatic Awareness & Nervous System Regulation: Incorporating Somatic  Experiencing principles, we pay attention to how your body carries stress and trauma.  You will learn practical tools to cultivate somatic safety, regulate your nervous system,  and restore inner equilibrium.
  • Navigating Life Transitions with Clarity: Life is filled with periods of profound  change, identity shifts, and moments of uncertainty that often bring a mix of anxiety,  growth, and self-doubt. I offer steady, compassionate guidance to help you make sense of  these transitions, build internal stability, and navigate new chapters with confidence,  resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My Approach: Relational, Somatic, and Culturally Sensitive

My integrative model  bridges relational depth with body-centered awareness. I do not believe in a one-size-fits all framework; instead, after a thoughtful pre-evaluation, we co-create a therapeutic space  tailored to your emotional landscape. Drawing from my foundational background in child  and adolescent development, I bring a nuanced developmental lens to adult attachment,  helping you heal foundational relational wounds with self-compassion.

Through our work together, you can expect to:

  • Develop an integrated awareness of your mind, body, and relational patterns.
  • Process relocation stress, identity shifts, and life transitions with clarity and self-trust.
  • Establish healthy boundaries and cultivate fulfilling, authentic connections.
  • Release stored somatic tension and address intergenerational trauma in a safe  environment.
  • Reconnect with your innate strengths and navigate life with agency and peace.

What Makes My Approach Unique

What sets my practice apart is the seamless integration of  deep psychodynamic insight with somatic grounding, enriched by a decade of global clinical  experience. Informed by a developmental and attachment perspective, I aim to provide a safe,  reflective space that balances clinical insight with body-based awareness and relational care— supporting meaningful self-understanding and long-lasting change. Having worked with  international populations across Turkey, Czech Republic and Spain, I bring a lived understanding  of adaptation, identity, and belonging. Through working with diverse cultures, I have come to  realize how deeply connected we all are in our shared human experience, and I believe that  coming to truly understand and make sense of oneself is one of the most transformative paths  toward growth
